Hi, I’m Katelyn Schoettlin, Realtor with RyBrand Realty right here in Evansville, Indiana. My husband and I bought our first rental back in 2013 and absolutely fell in love with real estate. What started as one little investment snowballed into flipping homes, building rentals, and eventually leaving our day jobs to do what we love full-time.

I got my real estate license at the end of 2022, and now I get to help others find their dream homes and smart investments. With my husband having years of hands-on experience fixing and flipping, we’re a true double threat when it comes to seeing a property’s potential.

When I’m not helping clients or on a job site, I’m usually with our four amazing kids, soaking up family time and the chaos that comes with it!
